Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • ¾ cup Rootie's Chunky Blue Cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • Optional for garnish: chopped chives or scallions

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, use a fork to mash the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the Frank's RedHot sauce and Rootie's Blue Cheese dressing and mix until well combined.
  • Add Chicken and Cheese: Stir in the shredded chicken, half of the shredded sharp cheddar cheese, and half of the shredded pepper jack cheese. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  • Bake: Transfer the mixture into a 1-quart baking dish or a small casserole dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and pepper jack cheese evenly over the top.
  • Serve: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese on top is melted and golden. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped chives or scallions if desired.
