Pan-Fried Buffalo Chicken Sandwich
This pan-fried buffalo chicken sandwich is a lighter twist on a comfort food classic. A juicy chicken breast is seared to golden perfection in a skillet—no deep fryer needed—then drenched in tangy hot sauce and layered with crisp lettuce, ripe tomato, a swipe of mayo, and crumbles of bold bleu cheese, all tucked into a soft bun that soaks up every bit of flavor

A Healthy and High Protein Sandwich That Delivers on Flavor and Spice!
This recipe is more than just a sandwich to me. It’s a key part of my journey toward a healthier lifestyle. After a major life change that involved losing a significant amount of weight and getting into better shape, I was looking for a healthy meal that could satisfy my cravings for fast food without all the excess calories. This sandwich was the answer, making it so much easier to stick to my goals.
Beyond being low in calories, it’s also packed with protein. The main ingredient, chicken breast, is an excellent source of complete protein and is very affordable. When you’re trying to build muscle, it’s essential to get enough protein every day. This recipe helps you do just that while adding variety to your diet so you don’t get tired of eating plain chicken.
I love this recipe so much that I make it a few times a week, and I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I do.
